Job Description

• Lead the development of strategic product plans across the inflight product portfolio 
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and assess commercial and customer opportunities 
• 12-months Fixed Term Contract, based at our Mascot Campus 

You’ll have – 

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a highly complex, matrixed and industrialised organisation 
• Degree qualified (commercial, analytical degree preferred, or consulting/finance experience required) 
• Proven knowledge of Qantas internal data sources (customer and commercial) and ability to directly source 
• Proven problem solving & analytical skills (including awareness of human behaviours and emotive factors) and commercial acumen with ability to work and contribute to high performing collaborative team 
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences 
• High level of computer literacy with extensive knowledge of excel, PowerPoint and word 
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team of motivated and engaged individuals
